Volunteers Required for Foróige Club

Foróige, the National youth Development Organisation, need your help to establish a much needed Foróige youth club for young in the Santry area. Foróige clubs offer young people the opportunity to gain valuable skills and talents and to socialise in safe environment with other young people.

The club will be run by volunteers from the local area, who will be supported by the local Foróige youth officer. The club is a great way for adults to give something back to their community and help young people become better citizens. If you are over 18 and can spare an hour once a week and would like to get involved in helping get this much needed club off the ground, come along to the information meeting to find out more. Full training and support is offered to all volunteers.

The information meeting will be held on Thursday 14th January at 7.30pm in Santry Community Resource Centre. Further information is available from Bryan Gavin, Regional Youth Officer at 0868519639 or Email bryan.gavin@foroige.ie
